Definition

Hang Sheng Tang membership is divided into 4 levels: Bronze Leaf Badge/Primary, Silver Sprout Badge/Budding, Golden Grass Badge/Nourishing, Jade Lotus Badge/Lubrication, and Purple Gold Badge/Righteous Member.

Membership Level

1. Basic members enjoy permanent Hang Sheng Tang membership, while Gold, Diamond, and Platinum memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of membership activation or renewal.

2. Members must accumulate a specified amount of spending during their membership period to retain their current membership level. Otherwise, they will be automatically upgraded/downgraded based on their accumulated spending.

3. Members can upgrade their membership by spending a specified amount during the membership period. The upgrade is valid for 12 months from the date of renewal (for example, if you upgrade to Diamond level on June 30, 2024, the membership will be valid until June 29, 2025).

4. Accumulated spending requirements during the membership validity period: Gold members HK$6,000, Diamond members HK$12,000, Platinum members HK$20,000. All accumulated spending will be automatically reset if the membership expires.

5. Accumulated spending is limited to purchases made at Hang Sheng Tang website and stores, Beijing Tongrentang, Mannings, Watsons, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, HKTVMall, and Lung Fung (GreenPrice will only calculate the membership upgrade score, not the related points).

Points

1. Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent, including purchases at Hang Sheng Tang website and stores, Beijing Tongrentang, Mannings, Watsons, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, HKTVMall and Lung Fung (GreenPrice only calculates points for membership upgrades, not related points).

2. Points are calculated based on the amount after discounts/shipping fees.

3. All points are reset on December 31st each year and cannot be accumulated to the next year. All expired points will be forfeited. Members must ensure that all points are used before they expire.

4. 250 points can be redeemed for HK$1, with a maximum deduction of HK$100 per transaction. Points are non-transferable and cannot be split. If an order is cancelled, the points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted.

5. All redeemable gifts are only available through the online store and do not include shipping. A shipping fee of HK$50 must be paid by the customer.

6. All points cannot be transferred or combined with others.

7. All points-based gifts are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

8. Members must redeem their points for cash, gifts, or beauty treatments before checkout. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

9. Hang Sheng Tang is not responsible for any claims, complaints, disputes, usage instructions, safety instructions, or maintenance liabilities related to products or gifts not manufactured by our company. Please contact the relevant manufacturer.

Membership benefits and shopping offers

1. Different membership levels offer different annual spending discounts:

2. Hang Sheng Tang online store and physical stores: 5% off for members with the Golden Grass Badge/Cultivation Badge, 10% off for members with the Jade Lotus Badge/Luminous Badge, and 15% off for members with the Purple Gold Badge/Bright Badge.

3. The discounted price is calculated based on the amount after using cash coupons, promo codes, or points to redeem cash.

4. Some promotional offers are not applicable to member spending discounts. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer for details.

Birthday Rewards

1. Members must fill in their birth date to receive birthday rewards. If a new member registers as a member in their birth month, they will not be eligible for birthday rewards for that year.

2. Basic and Gold members can earn double points on their first order during their birthday month; Diamond and Platinum members can earn double points an unlimited number of times; this offer is available online, in the mobile app, and in physical stores.

3. All birthday privileges must be enjoyed or claimed within the birthday month; otherwise, they will be forfeited.

Recommend to friends

1. Refer a friend to register as a member, and both the existing member and the new member will receive 5000 points upon the new member's first completed transaction. Points cannot be accumulated to the next year and are reset on January 1st each year. (Existing members must complete at least one order of HK$3500 or more for both parties to enjoy this offer.)

2. The friend invitation code can be used an unlimited number of times. The more friends you recommend, the more rewards you'll receive!

3. New and old members cannot be the same person. If this is discovered, Hang Sheng Tang has the right to revoke the discount.

4. Invitation codes from friends are only valid for online stores or mobile applications and are not applicable to physical stores.

5. To enjoy the referral bonus, customers must provide the former member's phone number and name when making a purchase at the store.

Membership Terms and Conditions

1. After a member logs into their account, the system will automatically update the rewards, level, points, and benefits you have earned.

2. All amounts are denominated in Hong Kong dollars.

3. Hang Sheng Tang is not responsible for any undelivered messages or notices.

4. All member rewards, birthday rewards, coupons, and accumulated spending cannot be exchanged for cash, member points, canceled, or refunded.

5. Some promotional offers are not applicable to member rewards and cannot be used simultaneously. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the offer for details.

6. Hang Sheng Tang is not responsible for any loss of points and spending records due to technical or system problems.

7. Hang Sheng Tang reserves the right to cancel the gift redemption program at any time, and to change, cancel or add program terms, including but not limited to canceling/adding gifts or offers. Hang Sheng Tang may make any of the above decisions without prior notice to members and without providing any compensation.

8. If a member provides false information, 3ChemBio Limited reserves the right to terminate that member's membership without prior notice.

9. Hang Sheng Tang has the absolute discretion to refuse and/or withdraw any membership application, and to terminate and/or cancel the applicant's membership for any reason. Hang Sheng Tang may terminate any membership at any time without prior notice.

10. The validity period of beauty treatments redeemed with points is 3 months from the date of redemption.
