Hanshengtang can arrange delivery to most parts of the world. The terms and conditions for ordering and delivery are as follows:

1. Free shipping to Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China for any purchase of regular-priced goods from the Hanshengtang website (service is temporarily unavailable for Ma Wan, outlying islands and restricted areas); for purchases outside Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China, free shipping is available for orders over HK$4,000 (shipping fee is HK$300 for orders under HK$4,000).

2. After ordering products, customers can log in to their Hanshengtang member account to check the order status.

3. Most delivery services are handled by courier companies.

4. The delivery address cannot be a post office mailbox number. Please provide a detailed delivery address and contact phone number. If the goods are returned to our company due to an incomplete address or other reasons caused by the customer, the order will be considered a "failed to deliver order". Our company will notify the customer of the matter by email and will require the customer to pay the re-delivery fee.

5. We will make every effort to deliver goods within 7 business days of receiving order confirmation, but the actual delivery time depends on our stock availability. We will process customer order confirmations as quickly as possible, but please note that due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that goods will arrive within the specified time. These factors include: customs or relevant departments in some countries may take several weeks to inspect packages, or package delivery may be delayed due to Christmas, New Year, or other holidays.

6. Upon arrival of the purchased goods in the customer's country, the customer may be required to pay import duties. Additional customs clearance costs shall be borne by the customer.

7. In transactions between the customer and our company, the customer is the "importer" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country of receipt. Our company will label our goods as "health products" on the package. Please note that some countries may impose restrictions on the import and sale of our products. Our company will not bear any legal responsibility or be liable for any consequences or losses arising from or related to import or sale regulations implemented by local authorities.
